While this is only an intro to thyroid and contains some of the most basic information, it is dated and incomplete. More complete information can be found on other more detailed thyroid sites. Since this is a Mayo's page (many of these docs are allied with the drug companies mentioned) I am disappointed that it does not more completely discuss current tests, symptoms, medications and other disorders/diseases linked with thyroid.
