This method depends on the great natural elasticity of the ureters . If a stone stays stuck(with back-up of urine and pain)for even a few hours in a ureter, the ureter may lose much of the elasticity, due to irritation and swelling near the stone. Prep for the method, starting THE MINUTE you suspect ureter stone pain !!

good for small stones(3-4mm),even better for larger ones(6-7mm)!
