This is a short health video from a CBS news affiliate. The video starts off with information about caffeine drinks and heart disease and fatty foods and finally gets to the "fasting" part of the news segment. Although the fasting information is interesting, at the end of the video the newscaster does say that more studies need to be performed to determine if the findings are accurate.

Fasting one day a month and drinking enough is a good idea. I find that some days I need to eat a lot, and other days I rest and eat a little. Somehow it balances out. I haven't eaten three meals a day for a long time.
