A quick read with some good reasons why mini fasts are bad for your body. The article gives reasons why most people fast and why this is not the best thing to do. There is also a quick breakfast suggestion for people like me who tend to skip the first meal of the day.
This article points out some good information. It is well written with basic points that let one know that we should not be skipping meals. That there are quick alternatives to solving this problem.

Many times I will overeat one day, and the next day, I'm not hungry at all, and might eat a light meal.
